MARDAN, Pakistan - The PTI Chairman, and former prime minister, Imran Khan said Friday, If the date for the general elections in Pakistan is not announced, a "sea of people" heading towards Islamabad will "wash away everything."
The PTI chairman has held many public gatherings in cities such as Attock, Karachi, Lahore, Mianwali, and Peshawar to mobilize his party's workers and leaders against the government ahead of the Islamabad march.
During his speech at Mardan, the PTI chairman said he was calling people to Islamabad for a "revolution" that would seek Pakistan's "true independence."
"From here, I'm sending a message to the corrupt thugs, and the convict should hear it as well: You will not make decisions for the country, but citizens will decide who will rule Pakistan," Khan said.
The PTI chairman stated again that the U.S. "conspired" against his regime while the current government's "traitors" were complicit.
