Vietnam was estimated to welcome 10.6 million international visitors in the first five months of 2026, up 14.9 percent year on year, according to the data released Wednesday by the National Statistics Office (NSO).
The figure marked a record high for the January-May period, driven by a stable political-social environment, open visa policies, effective tourism promotion campaigns, and improved service and tourism product quality, the NSO said. (Photo by Tran Kien/Xinhua)
